Homework to help prevent re-injury

At Resolve, we focus primarily on restoring muscle function and range of motion. But once we accomplish that, we also want to help you prevent the injury from happening again. As a certified Corrective Exercise Specialist, Chris will often make a few simple recommendations of things to do at home such as specific stretches, foam rolling/massage ball techniques, nerve flossing movements or muscle activation exercises that support injury prevention.
